How much does it cost to take karate at Pawnee Shotokan?...not as much as you'd think. Some clubs charge in excess of $100.00 per month to train, not at Pawnee Shotokan, we are a small, family oriented club that focuses more on the karate than the money we can make.

$140 includes traditional white gi and white belt, club patch and informational packet and the first three months fees.

  • The Tiny Tigers Program allows students 7+ to learn basic body skills, discipline and martial arts fundamentals. This class helps to prepare its students for the intermediate class.
    Sundays and Wednesday - 5:30 - 6:00

  • The Intermediate Class is for students that have completed the Tiny Tigers program and/or are age 8+. This class allows students to work at a more progressive pace but is still geared to the 8-15 year old.
    Sundays and Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:30

  • The Family Style Class allows students ages 8-Adult to train alone or with parents. This class is more advanced in nature and participants are expected to keep up with a more intense pace and is for Green belts and upwards.
    Sundays and Wednesdays - 7:30 - 8:30

  • There is also a mixed abilities/ages class on Mondays from 6:30 - 7:30. Anyone can come to this class, except Tiny Tigers and students with less than three months training. This class has an open policy and is dependent on what grades turn up as to how the class is structured. This means that, if all higher grades attend the lesson will be geared towards them, and vice versa if more lower grades turn up.
