January 23, 2005. The Tiny Tigers take the first step up the long ladder.
The Tiny Tigers, run by Tom Barnes has turned out to be pretty successful in terms of where the kids were when they started and where they are now.
Attention and focus has increased tenfold, and some of the Tiny Tigers want to stay after their lesson and work in the mixed Monday night class with Steve. |

Chicken fight! The little guys do little in the way of sparring at this level so we do more chicken fights to increase the balance and coordination.
There are games and other ways to get the attention of the children, rather that filling their heads with lots of basics and kata which they tend to forget just as quickly as it went in. |

The Tiny Tigers! They obviously enjoyed their test. Well done to Billy, Chad, Ethan, and Dane.
And a well done too, to Tom Barnes who works with them every Monday and Wednesday evening - you're a braver man than I am Tom. |

Who died? What a miserable bunch. Apart from Zach Haney they all look like they've lost a $100 and found a quarter! Glad to see everyone enjoyed their achievements.
Besides the downturned mouths a well done to: J.D. Vandenburg - Brown/White, Alison Ladage - full Blue, Zach Haney - Green/White, Zach Puckett - Green/White, Ben Cooper - full Orange, Brian Shimchick - Orange/White, Brent Parquette - Full Yellow and Brendan Mien - Yellow/White. |
